Friendly and informative owner and staff, efficient check-in, well-equipped room with homemade biscuits, comfortable lounge and dining area. Welcoming and clean, accommodating even during a wedding event. Ideal location for exploring Brighton, with a charming bar on-site. A hidden gem worth returning to.

Polite and helpful team. Convenient location near the lanes and St James' St Lovely breakfast. Fresh and new decor with a sympathy for the era. Very quiet despite central location. Friendly receptionist. Comfortable room with an upgrade. Good choice for breakfast, even for vegetarians/vegans. Good location for exploring Sussex coast. Good area for eating out. Excellent customer service. Informative front of house staff. Sumptuous breakfast.

The location of the hotel is perfect, situated in the quirky area of Kemp Town with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Being right near the beach, we enjoyed strolling along the seafront and taking in the beautiful views. Our room was nicely decorated and very clean, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our needs were met. The breakfast was freshly cooked and served on piping-hot plates, showing the hotel's attention to detail.

I had a fantastic stay at a hidden gem in a perfect location! The room I stayed in was impeccably decorated with beautiful vintage furniture and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and the homemade biscuits left in the room each day were a lovely touch. The staff were friendly and the customer service was perfect. The hotel is located just off the seafront, making it convenient for exploring Brighton. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay.

This hotel is great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. It's located on a quiet street, just a few minutes from the sea, away from the lively center. The staff is friendly and helpful, making you feel well taken care of. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a nice breakfast and a great shower.
